DVI Technologies: From Local To Global
DVI Technologies Limited is headquartered in Stepps, North Lanarkshire, near the north-eastern border of Glasgow.
Established in 2004 by Stephen Murney and James McLaughlin, the business grew quickly and their Senior Management Team was complete following the appointment of Tom McCue as Technical Director.
In the years that followed, DVI firmly established itself as a successful company (as evidenced by the multiple buy-out offers they received) that, today, operates around the world – from Europe and America to the Middle East, Asia and Africa – delivering IT infrastructure, networking services, and electrical & telecoms installations for big brands, Fortune 500 companies, and leading FM companies.
The company continues to embrace emerging technology, developing a suite of innovative and affordable energy-saving solutions for commercial buildings.
Health & Safety: Our top priority
The health & safety of our employees, contractors, and customers is of utmost importance.
At DVI Technologies, we continually monitor the health, safety and welfare of our employees and those that may be affected by our actions such as our clients, contractors, sub-contractors and the public. On securing new projects, detailed site-specific health and safety documentation is collated and issued, either as a sub-contractor or as a contractor undertaking the requirements of CDM2015. In depth risk assessments and method statements are supplied for all projects prior to installation start date. Regular site inspections are conducted to ensure that health and safety standards are being maintained.
We are an ISO9001 company that is affiliated to Select, Constructionline, CHAS, and Alcumus SafeContractor.
All site operatives have current ECS (CSCS) cards, have completed Emergency First Aid at Work and Asbestos Awareness training, and attend regular PASMA, IPAF and IOSH courses, as well as other relevant trade and industry courses and accreditations.
